  2. This is a simple utility that I wrote to
  3. display File_ID.DIZ files like this one that
  4. come in .ZIP files. I just got tired of using
  5. Notepad to view a tiny little file and I also
  6. needed the OWL programming experience. Check
  7. this out, any comments will be well received.
  8. In version 0.7 I plan on implementing drag &
  9. drop and maybe some custom controls.
